street noise rattling noise
The breakfast had a good selection of items.
I was disappointed that the room lacked soundproofing. Noise from the street was noticeable throughout the night (even with earplugs). the air conditioning made strange rattling noises, disrupting sleep further. I found both issues frustrating for the price.

The staff provided excellent service. The room had all necessary amenities.
The soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear street noise throughout the night. The gym was smaller than expected and lacked modern equipment. I found the breakfast selection limited.

The staff was helpful with questions.
I found issues. The poorly equipped kitchen lacked basic utensils. The spiral staircase was narrow. Moving luggage up and down proved REALLY frustrating. There was no draw space in the bedroom either..

i found the location fantastic in a central area on a quiet street. the staff seemed very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. the bedroom had nice facilities and i liked the decor..
The frontage was subtle. I missed it several times while walking by.
