The staff helped arrange restaurant bookings and transport to the airport. My room had views of the Douro and Luís Bridge. The location is superb, right beside the riverside.
The room felt small. There was not much space to walk around. The shower felt a bit claustrophobic. Breakfast required an extra charge, and it did not start very early.

I adored how central the hotel was. Everything I wanted to see was an easy walk. The room overlooked the square and river, it was just fine! I also appreciated how attentive and friendly the staff were. They arranged transport to the airport for me. Finally the comfy bed gave me a peaceful sleep.
The room was perhaps a touch smaller than I expected, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

The location is superb. my room had an awesome river view i just adored. breakfast offered a great selection of pastries. We loved it. the staff was friendly and super helpful with directions, i really appreciated it!
