The location was acceptable, a short walk to many attractions. (A bit noisy though.)
I found several issues. There was no hot water in the shower one morning. the minibar was not refilled . This was annoying, especially for a hotel claiming to be five stars.

the restaurant was sublime. every course of my dinner was beautiful.
i had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, the lack of a functioning hvac system was nice. despite claims that the system is 'very quiet,' the reality is that there is no air circulation at all. the hotel's solution was to open and close the window throughout the night to regulate the temperature. this essentially required guests to wake up every 20 minutes just to stay comfortable.

the location was great and the staff helpful. i found the welcome drinks a lovely touch. my room decor was pretty and the shower super powerful. the chocolate and port in the room was also a nice touch.

The hotel's location was excellent. Everything I wanted to visit was easily accessible by walking. The room was quiet and allowed for restful nights. The staff responded quickly and were very kind.
Housekeeping was not ideal. The room was not cleaned to a high standard, and toiletries were not always restocked. The breakfast service was slow one morning. There were few people working.
