EXCELLENT Hotel EXPERIENCE
great locationfriendly staffvaried breakfast
This hotel's location is great, especially with the Metro to both the airport and city right nearby. Walking to the city center is easy too. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is varied. The rooftop is relaxing. Good restaurants offer reasonably priced meals close by.
Soundproofing in the room I stayed was not amazing. I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. It was not ideal.

Staff provided friendly service. The valet helped with parking, retrieving the car quickly. Staff at breakfast sang because it was my birthday at the hotel. They noticed this when i check in.

My room was clean and quite spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom included good quality toiletries. There were many fluffy towels available.

The rooftop bar offers great views. I saw a small pool on the roof. Breakfast included coffee and pastel de nata. I asked for Portuguese toast. It was great.

The hotel stands near the main metro station, TRINDADE. Many lovely restaurants exist within a short walk. It is close to Cedofeita area. That area has many restaurants and bars. I saw some street art nearby.

the staff were amazing and helpful. the breakfast had an excellent choice of food and great service. rooms were modern and spacious plus it has great lighting.
you can't open the bedroom window more than a few inches.

the bed linen was changed daily it felt very luxurious. the rooftop terrace offered lovely views and a small plunge pool i found it perfect for a quick dip.
the breakfast area seemed quite busy in the mornings i had to wait briefly for a table one day.
