adequate stay, some disappointments
central locationreception error
the hotel location is very central. it is near many points of interest.
i found a couple of issues . i had to wait a long time, and the reception made an error when someone entered our room late at night by mistake. this is not acceptable for a hotel wanting to be five stars.

The room was very nice. It had a comfortable bed. A large terrace or balcony provided a beautiful view. Self-service check-out was a very smooth process.
The reception sometimes became busy, causing check-in delays and long queues. I saw up to six people waiting. Organization among the team seemed lacking. Sometimes, multiple staff members addressed a single person's query. I only stayed for a weekend, thankfully.

I found the location superb. it was central to many attractions. the shower room impressed me. It was among the best i've ever used. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I had a slight issue. It was a bit difficult to find clear signage for the stairs. improved signage could enhance the guest experience. it reminded me of a service area.
