modern conveniences!
effective cleaning good control great gym needed facilities
The room was a premium queen room. i found the daily cleaning very effective! the shower's temperature control worked very well, and i appreciated the good pressure. also, the gym was great. It had all the facilities i needed.
the metro station shown on the map seemed nearby, but it required walking up a steep slope.

the hotel provides handy access to explore. it is near trindade station. the city attractions are accessible walking downhill towards the river, though the metro is across the road and very accesible.

the staff are friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. i really liked how the staff were very attentive . their service was cute and very easy to deal with.

The location was close to the metro station (a very convenient hub). My room had a modern design. The bed was very comfy.

excellent location modern rooms friendly staff
the location is excellent. i walked from the hotel to many places easily. the hotel rooms felt very modern with clean decor. staff are friendly and provide good services, i found them helpful with directions.
the gym equipment selection is limited, it could use more variety.

the downstairs space offers areas to relax. there is also luggage storage after check-out. the hotel includes vending machines with coffee and snacks. they have elevators for easy access to all floors.

fairly close location friendly staff equipped room dark room low privacy weak usb
The location was fairly close to the Trindade metro station. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.
The lights in the room were hard to manage. The room was overall dark. There was no privacy in the shower and bathroom, IT would have been better if it was an actual room. There was no plug near the bed, just a weak USB one.

led lighting breakfast choice friendly staff
the breakfast selection offered MANY choices and all staff were friendly. My room had different color led lighting I could adjust to my preference. The hotel is near the metro and made travel simple.
the thermostat in my room wasn't working, so it was very cold.

The room was clean. The location is near supermarkets. The gym has modern equipment there.
The room had no real lighting. I heard everything outside, there was no isolation. I had to pay for an upgrade to get a quieter room.
