The location was close to the metro station (a very convenient hub). My room had a modern design. The bed was very comfy.

the location is excellent. i walked from the hotel to many places easily. the hotel rooms felt very modern with clean decor. staff are friendly and provide good services, i found them helpful with directions.
the gym equipment selection is limited, it could use more variety.

The location was fairly close to the Trindade metro station. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.
The lights in the room were hard to manage. The room was overall dark. There was no privacy in the shower and bathroom, IT would have been better if it was an actual room. There was no plug near the bed, just a weak USB one.

the breakfast selection offered MANY choices and all staff were friendly. My room had different color led lighting I could adjust to my preference. The hotel is near the metro and made travel simple.
the thermostat in my room wasn't working, so it was very cold.

The room was clean. The location is near supermarkets. The gym has modern equipment there.
The room had no real lighting. I heard everything outside, there was no isolation. I had to pay for an upgrade to get a quieter room.
