A Few Disappointments
noisy air conditioning slow hot water
The location was convenient, and I walked to most attractions.
The air conditioning unit made strange noises. This made it difficult to sleep well. the hot water took a long time to come through the pipes, and it was wasteful. A long wait for hot water is definitely not acceptable.

kind staff extra space thoughtful gift
The staff was kind and attentive.. every request was met with a warm smile. our room upgrade provided extra space and comfort. It had a small seating area. i appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift of local treats upon our arrival.
The gym was smaller than i expected. It only had a limited selection of equipment, so i couldn't do my usual workout routine.

The staff offered prompt and courteous assistance at all times. concierge services were readily available. They arranged transportation and provided helpful information about local attractions. turndown service included fresh towels and tidying of the room.

Breakfast featured a wide variety of options like fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order eggs. the on-site restaurant provides a romantic ambiance with dim lighting and soft music. dinner service was perfect. The waiters were attentive and knowledgeable.

the junior suite was spacious and well-appointed with modern décor and comfortable furnishings. there were large windows and comfortable bedding. the bathroom had a separate bathtub and rainfall shower with luxurious toiletries available.

varied breakfast el basilico excellent food faulty system reception team no action
The breakfast choices were varied and excellent. I had dinner at the restaurant El Basilico two evenings and the food was Excellent. The location is convenient, with walking distance to the major sights.
The aircon and heat system was faulty in our room. I told the reception team multiple times, but no one did anything. I had to ring reception eight times before they did anything.
