central location helpful people cold food rude staff
The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel is very centrally located close to the main attractions. I really liked that. The front desk people were nice and helpful, too.
The hot food was always cold. The breakfast service seemed poor. I always had to ask for breakfast things like plates. The staff rudely snatched a glass off me when I picked up a clean glass from the bar. Their unhappiness in their jobs reflected their service.

convenient location attentive staff fresh water
I found the location convenient. Major sights and transport links were all close. The staff were so nice. They were attentive and polite (especially the front desk). Fresh water arrived daily in my room.
I found little space for jackets in the room, which wasn't ideal on rainy days.

the location was PRIME , being close to many attractions and public transport. The room was very clean upon arrival and maintained well throughout my stay. i appreciated the attentive staff , always ready to assist with requests. The breakfast offered a good variety of options , which catered to different tastes.
the gym was a little small , especially during peak hours.

the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit , pastries , and hot dishes , all replenished regularly. Coffee and tea were available throughout the morning , with a selection of juices. i observed staff were quick to clear tables.
