helpful staff breakfast variety tasty food shower leak towel hooks little space
The staff was very helpful and polite at all times. breakfast had good variety and the food was tasty. luis, at the front desk, gave us great suggestions. He made several reservations too.
the shower had leaks, quite annoying. towel hooks were over the toilet, this is not very hygienic. the closet had very little space.

noisy unit awkward faucet
the breakfast buffet provided an excellent selection of foods.
the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. the bathroom sink design was also problematic. the faucet's position near the basin's edge caused discomfort and awkwardness when washing hands.

mixed experience with notable issues
slow room service delayed maintenance
i found the room service slow. the food arrived lukewarm on two separate occasions. also, the in-room safe malfunctioned. i had to call maintenance, it took over an hour for someone to arrive. this delay caused some inconvenience to my schedule.
