helpful staff bag storage central location
the staff was helpful . i kept my bags at the hotel before check-in and after check out. the location is near everything i wanted to see.
the hotel doesn't have a structure for luggage loading and unloading.

really good friendliness generous buffet ideal location
I appreciated the really good friendliness of the staff. THE breakfast buffet offered generous choices and everything was fresh. the hotel's location was ideal. Many sights were within walking distance.

quiet room helpful staff excellent breakfast
the hotel is in a very busy district, but my room was quiet. the location close to the river was fantastic. the staff were helpful too. the breakfast included with our stay was excellent.

concrete wall view unhelpful staff
The location was acceptable. It was close to many restaurants.
The room i received felt cramped. It was smaller than expected. the view was of a concrete wall, i did not like it. the staff did not change my room when i asked. I found this disappointing.
