The room was very small. It felt worn. The towel rack was coming off the wall. There were bursts of noise very early in the morning, it woke me.

The location was central, with access to various attractions. i found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any inquiries. the instant hot water in the shower was a great convenience. I did not need to wait long. the hotel also offered luggage storage, a useful feature when my room wasn't ready.
the room felt a bit small. with little natural light. it impacted the overall feel.

the reception desk operates 24 hours a day. the staff consistently greeted guests with a smile and offered assistance with directions and recommendations. they were polite and patient, addressing questions efficiently.

The hotel is in the gothic quarter, two minutes from rambla. Many shops surround it. i walked everywhere. the metro station is very close.
