musty smellpoor soundproofing
The room felt smaller than expected , with a noticeable musty smell. the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature , often fluctuating between too hot and too cold. also , the soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear conversations and street noise throughout the night , disrupting my sleep.

I loved the prompt assistance with our luggage upon arrival. the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient during check-in. They even provided helpful information about nearby attractions! the daily housekeeping was thorough. I always came back to a very clean and orderly room.
