attentive service and convenient location
helpful staff clean room convenient location
the staff was helpful throughout my stay, especially when i needed directions. the room was clean. the bus stop to the airport was conveniently located just outside the hotel so, getting to my flight was simple and quick.
i found the lack of tea in the room disappointing, i would have liked to have a cup in the evening. coffee stains were on the mugs, which affected the experience. i hope they fix this soon.

lovely stay with some minor issues
convenient location friendly staff excellent shower
The location was quite convenient to explore the area. i found the staff to be friendly . the shower was excellent. It had great pressure. also breakfast had an elegant presentation with good choices.
i noticed coffee stains in the mugs in my room upon arrival. there also wasn't any tea provided in the room. the lounge area didn't feel particularly inviting to me.

small room instant coffee
the room felt quite small honestly not much space to move around with a suitcase the instant coffee in the room was a bit of a letdown i mean come on a four-star place should have a proper coffee machine also the staff although polite weren't exactly brimming with warmth a little more enthusiasm would have been nice the overall experience lacked that extra something to make it nice. the price was pretty high considering these issues. i expected more for what i paid.

good service central location loud noise rude staff
the reception service was very good. the location was close to many central places, so i could explore easily.
the hotel had loud noise all night. when i mentioned it at the front desk, they were rude and did not offer anything.
