excellent stay at a gothic quarter gem
medieval city rooftop garden really good staff
this place had a perfect location inside the medieval city. returning after a day exploring seemed like coming back to a calm oasis. the rooftop garden provides loveliness. i found the staff really good.
our room didnt have streaming channels on the basic samsung tv. i had to contact housekeeping the first morning. the machine said it needed emptying, but it worked perfectly after that.

decent gothic quarter stay
ideal location helpful staff intrusive noise limited counter
the location was ideal for exploring the gothic quarter. the staff assisted with directions and recommendations. i found the room service prompt. the food arrived hot and well-presented.
the noise from the nearby plaza was intrusive at times. music and crowds persisted late into the night. also, the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. there was limited room for toiletries.

uninspiring view inner courtyard
the hotels location was decent and very central.
the room felt quite small, and the view from the window was uninspiring, it was facing a rather dull inner courtyard and lacked any natural light, i really expected better.

The location was great. I found it close to many attractions. The breakfast included two entrees. I thought that was generous. The staff was helpful. They assisted with directions.
