The elevator was out of service, slightly inconvenient.

The location was good near transportation. The staff WAS helpful with directions and information. I had a triple room, it was spacious and clean. It was divided into two separate areas, very convenient.
The room lacked natural light. The window faced the back of nearby buildings, it was not pretty. There WAS no complimentary water in the room. The shampoo did not smell good.

the location was good, especially its proximity to the sagrada familia.
the room was small, and the bathroom felt cramped. the shower pressure was very weak, hard to rinse off soap. the lack of complimentary water was also a disappointment, especially since the tap water tasted bad.

the staff was helpful. i got directions and recommendations easily. the sagrada familia was within walking distance (just a few blocks away!). lots of places allowed us to grab lunch or dinner. it.

The room was nice and neat. sagrada familia is a short walk away, a real plus. i found an aldi nearby for snacks and drinks. This saved me money.
The lobby offered very limited space to relax outside the room. It rained one afternoon so i had to stay in the room.

I loved that the location was amazing! it was super easy to walk to sagrada familia. plus, there were tons of cute cafes and restaurants nearby, i was never hungry! the room was really big and clean. the staff were always ready to help with any questions. They made everything so simple. the beds were so comfy, i slept like a log!
the bathroom felt a little small, it could use a small update.

the location was near the metro lines. sagrada familia was also close by. the reception operates 24 hours. the room i occupied was large and quiet even though it was a weekend.
