The staff was helpful and very friendly. the rooms were modern with clean interiors. the beds are very big. I found them super comfortable.

I found the lights to be too dim for shaving. I needed to use my phone's torch.

friendly staff awesome location comfy beds personable staff

the team were awesome. i started with a glass of bubbles. i was waiting to check in and the staff took their time to chat. they gave me suggestions and were very personable. location was awesome, it was not too packed with tourists but was close to eateries and nightlife.

i could hear EVERYTHING through the walls. maybe i had noisy neighbours, i am unsure what it was. it was really hard to sleep in as i adjusted to the new time zone. i was constantly hearing doors or drawers slamming and knocking.

the staff was helpful. the cleaning was very good and the rooms felt nice. the privilege room had a wonderful private terrace!

the shower lights didn't work. i contacted maintenance, but they didn't fix it during my 4-day stay.

dim lights cooler box

i encountered a few problems. the lights in the room were too dim. i had difficulty shaving because of the dimness. i also prefer a proper refrigerator and not a cooler box type mini bar fridge. i like my drinks ice cold (especially during summer).

the breakfast was a joke, especially for the price. food was gone, like the smoked salmon. staff seemed busy. no labels on anything so I dont know what i ate. bathroom by the breakfast area need soap too.
