The staff was friendly and helpful. the location proved convenient, with a metro station across the street. I found it easy to get around. the bed in my room was comfortable.
My room's walls needed a fresh coat of paint. the all-in-one shampoo and gel in the bathroom felt basic. i could hear noise and light from the hallway. The soundproofing seemed inadequate.

I found the staff very helpful and the english spoken was excellent. the pool area was lovely, with plenty of seating. the location was super convenient for exploring. The metro station was just a short walk away. i really appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night!!!

the hotel was very close to public transport. metro and bus stations were within easy reach. the room was super clean. it had all necessary supplies, including toiletries and a fridge.
the room felt basic. i thought i had booked a twin room, but we had a double bed. this meant we could not have the quiet room with views on the 6th floor. instead we got a basement room behind the restaurant. it had basically no window.

The staff was helpful and polite. I appreciated that they had a good knowledge of English, it made communication easy. The air conditioner worked perfectly. I could adjust the temperature with ease. The room included a kettle along with good quality tea bags, that was an added bonus.
The walls are too thin and I heard noise from the hallway often. The lift was very old, it was also slow. Sometimes, I had to press the buttons more than once before it responded. It felt uncared for.
