I found the front desk staff helpful and friendly, assisting with taxi arrangements and local guidance. The hotel enjoys a superb location. It is easy to reach the city center by bus or a short walk to the metro. My room featured a large comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was very varied, including many excellent local products among the savory options.
The window soundproofing was inadequate, allowing street noise to filter through.

I found the online checkin a huge timesaver, and the checkout time of 12:00 was great since my flight was later. i did not have to drag my luggage around town. the staff was so kind. I noticed lots of bus stops nearby. some subway stops only a 10-15 minute walk away!
the room lacked natural light, as the window faced a wall, this made the space feel a bit closed in!

The location was fairly convenient. Several metro stations were within a ten-minute walk. the rooftop area provided a nice space for relaxation after sightseeing. i found the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast especially good. there were plenty of healthy options available.
The air conditioning made quite a bit of noise. there was a standing fan in the room which i had to use instead. i also noticed a rust mark on the side of the bathtub. it was about six inches long. the housekeeping service wasn't great. I had to call twice to get my room cleaned.

the check-in process was really quick the reception staff members were consistently friendly and very helpful i found the rooms quite bright and the mattresses provided excellent support i also appreciated the spacious bathroom design it made getting ready each morning very easy. the hotel offered room service that was both good and kept everything clean i found this particularly convenient after long days.

the room i had faced the inner side this made it very dark there was poor natural light i needed lights on all day there were no tea or coffee facilities provided in the room and the rooftop pool was small it was more like a hot tub than a real pool
