helpful staff superb location comfortable bed varied breakfast
I found the front desk staff helpful and friendly, assisting with taxi arrangements and local guidance. The hotel enjoys a superb location. It is easy to reach the city center by bus or a short walk to the metro. My room featured a large comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was very varied, including many excellent local products among the savory options.
The window soundproofing was inadequate, allowing street noise to filter through.

loved it! fantastic gem!
huge timesaver kind staff convenient location
I found the online checkin a huge timesaver, and the checkout time of 12:00 was great since my flight was later. i did not have to drag my luggage around town. the staff was so kind. I noticed lots of bus stops nearby. some subway stops only a 10-15 minute walk away!
the room lacked natural light, as the window faced a wall, this made the space feel a bit closed in!

the check-in process was really quick the reception staff members were consistently friendly and very helpful i found the rooms quite bright and the mattresses provided excellent support i also appreciated the spacious bathroom design it made getting ready each morning very easy. the hotel offered room service that was both good and kept everything clean i found this particularly convenient after long days.

The location is quite convenient. A short walk took me to the nearest Metro station. I found the gym well-equipped. I used two treadmills. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the fresh juices. The staff was helpful. I got quick assistance with directions.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

Breakfast included a large assortment of items. I found the king size bed supremely comfortable. Staff were so helpful. The rooftop pool provided a nice, welcome respite after a full day.
The walls felt thin, and SOME noise travelled from adjacent rooms.

i found the staff helpful they were very polite the hotel location is good it is a short walk to the train station i also liked how the room was cleaned daily the breakfast was nice
the room i had faced the inner side this made it very dark there was poor natural light i needed lights on all day there were no tea or coffee facilities provided in the room and the rooftop pool was small it was more like a hot tub than a real pool
