The included coffee and pastries each morning provided a nice start to the day. The staff was particularly helpful offering useful advice. The location is great. It is a short walk to many attractions.
The soundproofing could be better since I could still hear some street noise.

The staff were helpful. They provided useful information about local transportation. The room was spacious. It included a fridge and a safe. Complimentary coffee and pastries were available for breakfast. I found the WiFi reliable .
The shower had some issues. I noticed black mold on the tiles. There was a cake of black gunk inside the shower door. I think that the cleaner needs to pay closer attention to this area. The floors felt dirty. They also felt sticky upon arrival.

The staff was friendly! i appreciated their proactive help with directions. my room included a small refrigerator. This was very convenient. i also enjoyed the complimentary pastries they served each morning.
the shower had some visible mold on the tiles. this detracted from the otherwise pristine condition of the room. i hope they address it soon.

my room had two balconies. both balconies faced away from direct sunlight, remaining cool. i also appreciated the comfortable twin beds for the children. the family room suited us perfectly.

The manager provided really good service. He gave recommendations for our short trip. he also helped store our luggage securely after checkout. this allowed us to explore without our bags before going to the airport.
