Fantastic Location and Great Breakfast!
convenient location delicious breakfast helpful staff
I found the location very convenient! It is close to the Gothic Quarter. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet. The staff helped me get taxis quickly when I needed them.
The bathroom could use a bit more light. The overhead light made seeing in the mirror a little difficult.
Location
9/10
The hotel is near the harbor, right next to the Gothic Quarter and El Born areas. I found a supermarket across the road, and tourist 'hop on and off' services were nearby.
Service
10/10
The front desk people, especially the morning shift, were very nice and quite helpful. I noticed apples and candies were available at the reception! The staff always cleaned quickly, which I valued, and they greeted you warmly.
Rooms
9/10
My room included a balcony. I also liked having two balconies in our room! I slept well on the amazing mattresses and beds. The room also had a super, little refrigerator.

charming Stay Near Everything!
friendly staff decent room
The hotel had a superb location. It was close to many attractions and transport links. The staff were SO friendly and very helpful. The room was a decent size and filled with lots of light.
The elevator was slow. I also noticed the decor was quite dated. They could consider some updates.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast had many options and was really nice. It was plentiful. I found the scrambled eggs to be especially AMAZING!!! The staff worked to keep the dining area clean at all times.
Service
9/10
The staff were accommodating and offered assistance when asked. Most staff members gave helpful advice and were very courteous. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently, and requests for information were addressed promptly.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provided convenient access to public transportation, with bus stops right outside. I saw the metro station was only a short walk away, increasing travel convenience. Cleanliness throughout the hotel, including common areas and rooms, was maintained daily.

the room cleaned every day and it was super clean and cozy. the terrace are nice for me to sit out on in the morning. location was very good because it's near the beach and the areas of born, gothic.
the receptionist was unprofessional and dismissive. he suggested that the situation was my fault because i didn't explain the problem correctly. breakfast was also disappointing because of very few options and almost no variety.
