charming Stay Near Everything!
friendly staffdecent room
The hotel had a superb location. It was close to many attractions and transport links. The staff were SO friendly and very helpful. The room was a decent size and filled with lots of light.
I also noticed the decor was quite dated. They could consider some updates.

The breakfast had many options and was awesome. It was plentiful. I found the scrambled eggs to be especially AMAZING!!! The staff worked to keep the dining area clean at all times.

The staff were accommodating and offered assistance when asked. Most staff members gave helpful advice and were very courteous. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently, and requests for information were addressed promptly.

The hotel provided convenient access to public transportation, with bus stops right outside. I saw the metro station was only a short walk away, increasing travel convenience. Cleanliness throughout the hotel, including common areas and rooms, was maintained daily.

the room cleaned every day and it was nice and neat. the terrace are nice for me to sit out on in the morning. location was very good because it's near the beach and the areas of born,gothic.
the receptionist was unprofessional and dismissive. he suggested that the situation was my fault because i didn't explain the problem correctly. breakfast was also disappointing because of very few options and almost no variety.

the breakfast had a lot to choose from , it was also tasty. the staff were helpful and cute, which i appreciated. the location was ideal , close to the gothic quarter, the marina and the beach.
the bathroom smelled terrible , and every shower caused the floor to pool with water. the listing claimed the room had air conditioning , but there was none was nice.
