mixed experience due to room issues and deposit policy
small wardrobe inconvenient refund
the room size was smaller than expected i could barely move around with my luggage. the wardrobe was also quite small and seemed flimsy i worried about placing my suitcase on it. there was a strange 100 euro deposit required at check-in i found this unusual since there wasn't even a minibar in the room. i paid with credit card i was told it could take up to a week for the refund which was inconvenient.

i appreciated the hotel's prime location, very close to many attractions. the staff were helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. the room was tidy and well-kept, offering a restful experience. the breakfast selection had sufficient options to start the day well.

clean room modern room superb location friendly staff small room size ineffective air conditioning noticeable noise
The room was very clean and modern. the location was superb, close to many attractions (i could walk everywhere!). i appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to assist with any questions i had.
the air conditioning was not very effective. The room remained warmer than i preferred. noise from the hallway was noticeable, especially in the mornings.
