helpful staff modern room good breakfast complex light control worn instructions inconvenient outlet
the staff was helpful. they stored my luggage. the room was modern and clean! breakfast was also very good. it was just a block away from a taxi station. there were always taxis waiting there. i loved that!
i found the light control a bit complex, though. the instructions on the light switches had worn off. this made it challenging to tell which was which. the tea and coffee station didn't have a power outlet nearby. i had to move the kettle to the table near the bed.

mixed feelings about the stay
convenient excellent location false soundproof windows claim
the location was convenient. (it was close to many things)
the noise was a problem. i could hear everything outside, even with the windows closed. the claim of soundproof windows proved false.

helpful staff ideal location sweet cleaning crew noise level dim lighting missing bar
the staff was always ready to help. the location of the hotel is ideal. it made exploring simple and enjoyable. the cleaning crew was sweet and kept the room super clean.
there was no bar or restaurant, a bit surprising. i could hear a lot of noise from outside. it made it difficult to sleep soundly. the lighting in the room was also quite dim. i really prefer brighter spaces.

quick assistance clean room modern decor
the staff assisted me quickly. the room was clean. i liked the location near main attractions and stores. the room's decor felt modern, and it was quiet despite facing the street.

the rooftop pool is small. the terrace is accessible only during daytime hours when no staff is present. there is no on-site bar. the hotel lacks a proper seating area .
