the staff was helpful. they stored my luggage. the room was modern and clean! breakfast was also very good. it was just a block away from a taxi station. there were always taxis waiting there. i loved that!
i found the light control a bit complex, though. the instructions on the light switches had worn off. this made it challenging to tell which was which. the tea and coffee station didn't have a power outlet nearby. i had to move the kettle to the table near the bed.

the staff was always ready to help. the location of the hotel is ideal. it made exploring simple and enjoyable. the cleaning crew was sweet and kept the room super clean.
there was no bar or restaurant, a bit surprising. i could hear a lot of noise from outside. it made it difficult to sleep soundly. the lighting in the room was also quite dim. i really prefer brighter spaces.

the reception staff was friendly and helpful. i received great recommendations for local spots. the hotel offered very clean facilities. i especially appreciated the media room for planning my days.
i noticed the light switch signs in my room were somewhat faded.
