surprised me!
beautiful lobby interior design subway station
the lobby felt beautiful. i loved the interior design. the location is nice, it is close to plaza espanya. a plus is the subway station at a one-minute walk is a big win.
the room had dated decor. the tv size was small. it made it hard to see from the seating area.

Fantastic Hotel Stay!
convenient location great comfort fast check-in
The location was super convenient with many restaurants. The hotel has a big mall close by, and I visited a supermarket too. The room and bed were amazing, providing great comfort. The hotel staff helped me to check in very fast (it was much appreciated).
The air conditioner in my room did not work that well. I mentioned it to reception, but it wasn't fixed . They should check the AC to ensure proper operation.

I found a robe and slippers in my room, a good add. Breakfast have a good selection and the bed was just firm enough. The patio give me fresh air.
The pool felt a little small once a few guests were in it.

stained upholstery worn towels
The room looked stylish at first glance, but it lacked proper cleaning. There was hair mixed with dust near the bed. The sofa upholstery was old and stained. We got only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers in a double room. the bathroom towels felt very worn. I think this room is not worth the price we paid.

large bed quiet hotel
i really enjoyed the beautifully decorated spaces, it felt very classy. the bedroom included a large bed, so i slept soundly. i also appreciated the quiet environment. the hotel is in a convenient location.
The minibar water fee was charged after checkout, and i didn't consume anything. This was uncomfortable, as it was like an unexpected charge. checking this during checkout would be beneficial. a prior confirmation would avoid such situations.
