the room was quite spacious. i appreciated that it came with complimentary water and a bottle of wine upon arrival. its proximity to españa square and various restaurants was also convenient.
I found the breakfast buffet to be just fine. It wasn't anything really good compared to what i'm used to in europe. the heat in the room was a bigger issue. i had the window open as much as possible to combat this. even with the street noise, it was still hard to sleep due to the emanating heat.

I LOVED the hotel location. It made walking to many places easy, including the city center and tourist spots. There were also great restaurants nearby. The room was nice and neat (I really appreciated that). The staff were helpful. They offered useful information.
The air conditioning didn't have temperature control, just fan speed, noisy. This made it difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. I wish there was an option to adjust the temperature more precisely.

The staff were EXTREMELY polite and helpful. They quickly addressed any concerns I raised. The room was cleaned daily (I really appreciated this attention to detail). They also provided fresh bottles of water each day.

The hotel's location near the metro station L1 was SUPER convenient. This accessibility made exploring different parts of the city VERY easy. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant to walk around in, especially at night.

The room was spacious enough for two people. It included a comfortable bed. The bathroom had adequate space (a definite PLUS). Daily cleaning ensured the room remained fresh and inviting throughout the stay.

The breakfast had a large selection of items. I found many fresh and local products. The Rocafort metro station was very close. This made it easy to get around.
The shower head sprayed water poorly. It seemed to fail when plugged in. I asked for a double bed, but I received two separate beds. The staff did not seem very cute either.

i asked for a high-floor room (i always do) and they accommodated me. they provided a bottle of water every day, which i thought was a nice touch. the staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. i was able to check in early, which i really appreciated.
the air conditioning turns off when you remove the keycard, a big problem when trying to charge devices. i found it difficult to adjust the temperature in the room and the bed was a bit hard. (not the best for my back!)

The air conditioning barely cooled the room. It was July and very hot. There was no relief from the heat. They just watched as I struggled. I expected more assistance and cooler temperatures.
