faulty ac unanswered call
the staff was friendly! the location was surprisingly quiet, tucked away from the main streets.
the ac kept shutting off. the first night, i did not know how to turn it back on and no one answered when i tried to call the desk. i did not sleep well. they looked at it the next day and said they fixed it, but they did not answer our call again. i was awoken twice to a too warm room and restarted the ac myself.

central location friendly staff social touch
I adored the location! it was so close to everything i wanted to see and do. the staff was always friendly and eager to help with my needs. i really appreciated the happy hour each evening. It added a social touch to my stay.
the air conditioning wasn't consistent, it kept turning off during the night, making it a bit uncomfortable

the hotel features a lovely lounge area. there is also a convenient espresso machine offering complimentary drinks! a water fountain provides chilled water and a terrace is available .

the room had very high ceilings adding to the spacious feel, i also enjoyed the comfortable bed! the shower was fantastic. plus, there was an outside bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak.
