great location modern look fresh look black hair limescale buildup unpleasant smell
the location was great near the sagrada familia. there were many brunch places and cafes nearby. the hotel had a modern and fresh look.
i found several thick black hairs on the pillow. the shower door needed a deep clean because of limescale. the fridge had an unpleasant food smell.

Excellent Stay Near Sagrada Familia
convenient location thoughtful amenities helpful staff
The location was very convenient. Sagrada Familia was just around the corner from the hotel (perfect for morning walks). The room provided many thoughtful amenities. it was very clean. I left some clothing behind, and the staff saved it and placed it with my stored luggage.
The room I booked had small ceiling windows. These were the only windows, and i felt a little claustrophobic.

The hotel is near Sagrada Familia. Many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The hotel is accessible to public transportation, including buses and the metro, for easy access to explore (and enjoy) the city.

The reception is in one building. Rooms are in a separate block about 5 minutes away (it is just next street). Luggage storage is available if you arrive early or have a late flight. A coffee machine provides excellent coffee.

Breakfast includes fresh orange juice. Gluten-free options are available (i really appreciated that). the hot breakfast consists of the same items daily like scrambled eggs and bacon.

The staff speaks good english. They are friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. The staff helped me with my stored luggage after i forgot some clothes in the closet (thank you for your help!).

effective air conditioning convenient location helpful staff missing iron unpleasant smell hair pillow
the room had effective air conditioning. i also appreciated the convenient location near transportation options. the staff were helpful during check-in.
the room lacked an iron and ironing board. the fridge did not keep items cold and had a noticeable smell. i found several hairs on the pillow upon arrival.

misleading photo glued window
the breakfast choices were good.. catering to many nationalities.
i was disappointed the room i received looked nothing like the photos advertised. it showed a balcony and windows, but our room had a window glued on the wall. this misrepresentation left me feeling misled.

central location near sagrada família
excellent location comfortable bed quiet lane
the location was excellent, close to sagrada família. i liked the big bathroom and the comfortable bed had nice linen.. i was able to store luggage before my departure, which helped a lot. the lane was quiet, appreciated.
I found a few thick black hairs on the pillow. This was a bit off-putting.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. when i needed a corkscrew for a wine bottle, the reception staff were happy to assist. jaime at reception was helpful and informative, recommending a great tapas place.
