the staff were quite knowledgeable about local dining and activities. the location had easy access to many places. the room was clean, and necessary amenities were promptly available. i found the superior family apartment super clean, comfortable, and within easy reach of everything.
The fan and ac combination took a while to find the right balance of temperature and noise. It required some adjustment.

I found the location ideal. It sits at the top of la rambla. this makes plaza catalunya easily accessible. the staff were very friendly! they allowed us to leave luggage after checkout, which i appreciated.
