Mediocre stay. Some issues
dark room misleading photos
The location proved convenient for accessing public transportation.
The room I booked faced an interior atrium. It was quite dark. The photos online gave the impression of a brighter space with old town views, this was misleading. I found this disappointing, considering the price I paid and the hotel's claimed 4-star status.

great location main attractions nice staff poor wifi water mixing long time
the location was fantastic. it was very close to main attractions (i liked this a lot). the staff was very nice and helpful. breakfast was also very nice (it had a good variety).
the wifi was not good. it was the worst i ever had. mixing cold and warm water was a quest. it always took a lot of time.

excellent Stay downtown
helpful staff excellent location good variety
I appreciated the very helpful staff. They assisted with directions and recommendations. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to many attractions. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. I found something new each morning. i was very thankful.
I noticed some street noise at night. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs, this would help.

The room included a mini-fridge and a safe. There was also a work desk with sufficient lighting. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower and provided complimentary toiletries , i appreciate it so much.

Solid Hotel in a Great Spot
convenient location helpful staff breakfast buffet
I found the location convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful . My room included a safe with a physical key I picked up at reception. Breakfast offered many options at the buffet.
The elevators moved slowly. I sometimes used the stairs to avoid waiting. The stairwells were dark in the mornings.

The receptionists were always nice and polite no matter the time I approached them for help. Many requests or questions I had were always considered and immediately addressed. The staff was great.

The room had comfortable, well-equipped features I appreciated. My room included a safe deposit box with a physical key. I needed to get the key at the front desk. I had to sign a paper stating I would pay 50 EUR if I lost it.

the room had a kettle with teabags plus instant coffee. my room was large with a good bed.
the ventilation system emitted only warm air. it made the night difficult.
