decent location, some downsides
small room limited storage
the location was pretty good. it made getting around relatively easy.
The room size really surprised me. it felt smaller than i expected, and storage was definately limited. the rooftop pool was also a letdown. It's much smaller than i thought it would be, not really suitable for more than a quick dip.

The staff gave us a city map and pointed out popular sights.
The shower flooded the entire bathroom because it was not properly sealed though I told reception but nothing changed.

The room included a mini fridge , restocked with soft drinks daily. The staff was very friendly , with a positive atmosphere at the hotel.
The air conditioning in my room WAS broken . The bed and pillow were uncomfortable.

infrequent cleaning no refill
The staff at arrival was very friendly. Rooms were decent for city travel.
We stayed for five nights. Our room was cleaned only once on the first day. We had trash and wet towels that did not dry. There was no refill of supplies. It was very inconvenient and disappointing.

i found the staff to be quite helpful. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The room included complimentary items in the mini-fridge, a nice touch.
The room felt quite small for three people. i noticed the walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms. the breakfast felt somewhat average given the hotel's rating..

malfunctioning air conditioning inconsistent service
the bed was comfortable the breakfast provided sufficient variety
the air conditioning malfunctioned resulting in an uncomfortably warm room i found the staff unresponsive to this issue the rooftop bar also suffered from inconsistent service levels
