the location was amazing for accessing local cafes, restaurants, shops, and the metro. the reception staff were really helpful and always cheerful. i was able to leave my luggage in a locker within their luggage room after i checked out, and i kept the locker key!
i could sometimes hear the plumbing from other rooms.

i found the hotel was in a very central location. it was very safe. staff was excellent and very nice, especially antonio he speaks so much languages and was very helpful. we will definitely return here!
the room size was too small and it was a bit far from the central part.

the facilities felt more like a hotel than a hostel. the place was clean. bedsheets and towels were crisp, everything was well air conditioned. sufficient sockets were available. i also found drinking water in the lounge which was convenient.
The periodical noise in my room seemed to come from a water pump for the plumbing, occurring every 15 minutes. after the pump stopped, a beeping sound followed. i had to use earplugs to sleep. It was really annoying.
