mixed feelings about my stay
faulty air conditioning disinterested staff
the location was good, close to many things.
The room i had did not meet my expectations. the air conditioning was faulty and made strange noises all night. It was difficult to sleep. also, some of the staff seemed disinterested in helping with issues.

The location was very convenient. it allowed quick access to various points of interest. breakfast was delicious. The serving staff were pleasant. the room was clean and well kept. it had all the amenities we needed.
the air conditioning was not effective. the room remained too warm. the gym was missing. i found the selection of drinks at the rooftop bar limited, and the food selection could have been more extensive.

the hotel's location proved quite advantageous. it allowed for easy access to various points of interest.. we particularly appreciated the breakfast. the options were varied and included healthy choices.
the bathroom cleanliness was not satisfactory. i noticed some dirt on the shower and floor and the sink lacked shine. the air conditioning settings were changed, not ideal.

I found the staff at reception friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great, a short walk to Placa de Catalunya. I also liked the rooftop bar. The complimentary cava was a nice touch.
I did find the mattress a little too firm for my liking, but it might suit others.
