I found the reception team, especially miguel, very helpful with parking and check-in. the hotel ensured my birthday was acknowledged. That was very thoughtful. the cleanliness was excellent, and the room's appointments provided a luxurious environment.
I noted that the hallways had a distinct cologne scent. It was a bit strong for my liking.

Breakfast included cava. That was a nice touch. the buffet was satisfactory, though i would have liked more vegetable options presented directly. staff provided some on request. overall dining met my expectations.

helpful staff excellent location clean room
the staff were helpful and friendly. the location was excellent with closeness to shopping areas and restaurants. the room was clean i enjoyed the cleanliness. the room was always clean . i appreciated the hotel was well maintained.
the shower water would escape into the bathroom i placed towels down to mitigate it. the shower door was closed well it still came out this was inconvenient.

the hotel restaurant offered a diverse menu the food presentation was meticulous and the dishes featured fresh ingredients. the service was attentive i found the dining atmosphere relaxed and inviting. i recommend the seafood paella.

quiet area friendly staffing good isolation
The hotel is in a quiet area. The city center is a short walk away. Many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The staff was friendly and cute. The rooms were clean and had good sound isolation.

average stay, some issues noticed
undercooked eggs unpleasant odour
i wasn't entirely impressed. the breakfast wasn't great. some options, like eggs benedict, were undercooked and cold. fried rice was hard and tasteless (an odd choice anyway). our room also had a strange odor coming from the toilet (it wasn't pleasant).
