I found the staff to be quite friendly. The breakfast included a varied and fresh selection of items. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of red wine in the room plus a voucher. This voucher was for a glass of cava at a rooftop bar.
Sound insulation was lacking, a notable issue. I heard everything from adjacent rooms and outside.

the location was great. it was a short walk to la rambla and the port. i also really appreciated the free coffee and water available 24 hours at reception. the bottle of water and wine in the room was a nice extra.
the curtains in my room needed cleaning.

the room felt quite small. there was not much space to move around comfortably. also, the breakfast area was overcrowded making it difficult to find a seat and enjoy the meal. the limited space affected the overall experience negatively. i found this aspect quite disappointing .

The pictures looked great online, but the reality was disappointing. our room was small. There wasn't enough space for luggage. the noise levels were high. I could hear everything happening in the hallway each morning.

I found the staff to be helpful. Trevor provided a great lunch recommendation. Trevor and Diego assisted with transportation to the airport and also showed us how to get a cab. Ana does an excellent job managing the breakfast buffet (it's always fresh!). The shower was great, and I found the bed quite comfortable. (What more could you want?)
I have to say that the pictures of the hotel aren't totally accurate.

The location is very convenient. The subway is nearby. many facilities surround it! It is easy to access many attractions on foot this a very safe area for tourists to explore the city.

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh items exactly as shown in the pictures. Ana kept the food coming out regularly and the tables turned. I especially liked the fresh-pressed juice selection (it was a great start to the day!).
