Really good Staff and Perfect Location!

I found the staff to be helpful. Trevor provided a great lunch recommendation. Trevor and Diego assisted with transportation to the airport and also showed us how to get a cab. Ana does an excellent job managing the breakfast buffet (it's always fresh!). The shower was great, and I found the bed quite comfortable. (What more could you want?)
I have to say that the pictures of the hotel aren't totally accurate.

The location is very convenient. The subway is nearby. many facilities surround it! It is easy to access many attractions on foot this a very safe area for tourists to explore the city.

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh items exactly as shown in the pictures. Ana kept the food coming out regularly and the tables turned. I especially liked the fresh-pressed juice selection (it was a great start to the day!).
