port area bottle of water quiet air
The location was convenient for the port area. there was a large bottle of water and wine in the room. I thought that was a nice touch! the air con was quiet, i hardly noticed it.

fantastic stay!
great location free coffee nice touch
the location was great. it was a short walk to la rambla and the port. i also really appreciated the free coffee and water available 24 hours at reception. the bottle of water and wine in the room was a nice extra.
the curtains in my room needed cleaning.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. reception and administrator martin showed the best attitude to guests. he provided great advice. i really felt welcomed by everyone there.

i enjoyed a rich buffet breakfast. it offered quite many options. complimentary tea and coffee were available with chocolates during the day time. the natural orange juice was AMAZING!!!

helpful staff secure area
The employees were helpful for any questions I had. The staff were accommodating.. I also appreciated the hotel felt secure .
It would be useful to have charging USB ports in the rooms.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
small room overcrowded breakfast area
the room felt quite small. there was not much space to move around comfortably. also, the breakfast area was overcrowded making it difficult to find a seat and enjoy the meal. the limited space affected the overall experience negatively. i found this aspect quite disappointing .

The pictures looked great online, but the reality was disappointing. our room was small. There wasn't enough space for luggage. the noise levels were high. I could hear everything happening in the hallway each morning.

Really good Staff and Perfect Location!

I found the staff to be helpful. Trevor provided a great lunch recommendation. Trevor and Diego assisted with transportation to the airport and also showed us how to get a cab. Ana does an excellent job managing the breakfast buffet (it's always fresh!). The shower was great, and I found the bed quite comfortable. (What more could you want?)
I have to say that the pictures of the hotel aren't totally accurate.

The location is very convenient. The subway is nearby. many facilities surround it! It is easy to access many attractions on foot this a very safe area for tourists to explore the city.

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh items exactly as shown in the pictures. Ana kept the food coming out regularly and the tables turned. I especially liked the fresh-pressed juice selection (it was a great start to the day!).
