The staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was always great. Cleanliness is a huge plus.
The lobby is small. The luggage storage room is also small. The quality of the towels is not great, but they are usable.

Convenient City Stay
excellent location good air conditioning regional choices
The location was excellent with many attractions within walking distance. The room featured great air conditioning and remained very quiet (a big plus for me!). I found the breakfast to have good variation, including fruit and regional choices.
The room was dark, facing walls that felt mad really like an elevator shaft. This made it difficult to read without adequate overhead lighting (a small annoyance, admittedly).

The hotel offers a functional television with YouTube access for entertainment. there is strong air conditioning available, allowing guests to adjust the room temperature to their liking (quite important in summer!).

Reception desk staff members offer helpful assistance with questions. Check-in was also easy. The hotel has taxi stop around 20 meters from the front door.

Good location, could improve
superb location quiet room varied breakfast
Location is superb. The hotel sits centrally, just within a 30-minute walk to main city attractions, including places like LA Rambla. Dozens of restaurants and bars are very near the hotel. I found our room to be quiet and reasonably sized. Breakfast in the restaurant included many choices.
The rooms appears tired. The shower area didn't give a nice experience. Grouting had mold. There also was no coffee machine in the room.

The hotel offers a breakfast spread with varied options, including pastries and fresh fruit, a pleasant start to the day. Taxis are readily available just outside the front entrance of the building, a feature I found helpful. The reception staff offered assistance when needed.

The hotel is close to the city centre, a factor that makes it accessible to many sites. Passeig de Gracia station is around the corner from the hotel. Casa Batllo is located close by. The hotel provides convenient access to attractions.

Rooms include shampoo, conditioner and body cream. Blackout curtains are installed in each room. A fridge is available but there aren't tea or coffee facilities provided. The beds felt good.

convenient location good breakfast available staff small room bad view strange door
i found the location quite convenient. it was close to many places i wanted to see. the breakfast was also pretty good (especially the pastries!). the staff were nice and always available.
The room i had was a bit small for the price. the view from the window was not great. There was essentially no view at all. also, the bathroom door was not a proper door. It felt a bit strange.
