The location provides easy access to public transport. It is near many restaurants and a large shopping mall. The staff are helpful and friendly. They quickly assisted with directions. The room was clean and had good air conditioning.
The ironing facilities were limited to one per floor. I found that the iron was not working properly. Its temperature control seemed faulty.

The front desk staff was attentive and polite. They assisted with luggage storage. Housekeeping ensured rooms were cleaned daily. They also replenished toiletries. Staff promptly addressed minor issues. This provided reliable support.

The room i got was pretty small. i could barely swing a cat in there, not that i would. also, the noise at night was a bit much. It sounded like a party was happening just outside my door. guess i should have brought earplugs.

i found the proximity to kl sentral very helpful for airport access. several eateries near the hotel provided many local dining options. the room included a window with a view of the neighborhood. staff members are polite and helpful, which i valued.
I noticed the shower drainage was not optimal. The shower corner is small which caused water to spread.

the room was spacious, it featured basic facilities, including a comfortable bed and a functional setup, but the room is not soundproof and i could hear noises from the hallway.
