the location provided easy access to chijmes and raffles city mall. the mrt station was also within a short walk. the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff proved helpful. i also received a fabulous room upgrade that added to my stay.
the air conditioning in my initial room had a damp smell. i did switch to a second room, and the smell persisted. i decided to avoid using the air conditioning.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

Shan prepared a surprise birthday cake for my wife. He even brought a candle for our child, super thoughtful. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions about local transit. The Premier Wing upgrade gave us a nice view from the higher floor.
The air conditioning made a constant, loud droning noise, hard to relax in the room. I switched it off, but it would restart again, a little annoying. My bed and bedding also felt moist and damp, not very comfortable!

The pool area provides ample space for relaxation with about twenty loungers available . There is also a shaded section for those seeking respite from the sun. I observed that the fitness center contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The hotel's location is very convenient with easy access to several MRT stops. I noticed that a local food court, Bras Basah Food Court, is nearby. Shan recommended it. This food court provides a wide variety of dining options.

the location was convenient for traveling because it was next to the mrt station.
i was disappointed by the condition of the iron in the room. it was terribly old and burnt, and it left a mark on my wife's dress when she tried to use it. also, the hotel said that decorations were discouraged, disappointing for our honeymoon.
