convenient Stay in the heart of chinatown
mrt station helpful staff good privacy
i found the location very convenient, close to the chinatown mrt station. many restaurants surrounded the hostel. the staff was nice and helpful, which i appreciated after a long day of travel. a curtain on the bed offered good privacy within the dorm.
The cleanliness wasn't perfect. I noticed the shared bathroom lacked hourly maintenance. hair from shower stalls was not cleaned regularly. this made using the facilities a little less pleasant.

the location is superb, really close to the mrt station and bus stops. i found the room tidy and staff helpful. complimentary breakfast included bread and cereals.

Exceeded my expectations!
central location satisfying breakfast kind staff
The Chinatown location is unbeatable. I found the breakfast simple and satisfying with toast, cereal. soy and oat milk options. A big plus was the kind staff!!!

decent stay with SOME issues
stuffy common areas undertrained staff
The lack of proper climate control was REALLY annoying. The common areas felt stuffy. The kitchen had air conditioning only in the morning. They turned it off later with just fans running. The last thing, the check-in staff seemed undertrained. They asked for the SAME information immigration already had. it felt pointless and redundant.

surprisingly good
great location short walk quiet place simple breakfast
the location was fantastic, just a short walk from chinatown metro station (about 5 minutes). i found the hostel to be neat and quiet, despite being so close to restaurants. it was easy to check in and access my room and locker. the free breakfast included tea, coffee, toast, and cereal.
The top bunk ladder wasn't great. The bottom step was a bit too high, so i had to jump down.

the hostel is situated in chinatown, only a few minutes walk from the mrt station. this provides easy access to public transport and various tourist attractions, a definite plus for exploring the area.

each bed has curtains providing privacy in the shared rooms. there were enough showers available (i never had to wait). the facilities were reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable.
