EXCELLENT Stay Experience!
apartment facilities room upgrade
The apartment facilities were FANTASTIC. They included a fridge and freezer, hotplate, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The kitchen had all necessary requirements, and I appreciated the early check-in availability. I received a room upgrade and was kinda surprised by the neat, tidy apartment. It had everything I needed.
I found the noise from air conditioning work happening on the floor below disruptive. A fire alarm went off at 12:30 one evening. The sparse directions increased the confusion since I was told to stay put.

The front desk staff is really NICE. They can arrange a cab or taxi upon request. They were super helpful and very friendly . I liked the dedication of the cleaning service leaving a note.

I stayed in the Finlayson Suite and it was AMAZINGLY spacious and comfortable. The suite included kitchen cutlery tools in addition to standard amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were large and fluffy.

The location is excellent, with key places like the Merlion Park at walking distance. The hotel is centrally located. Lau Pa Sat is just two blocks south. The MRT is a VERY short walk, and the Bay is close.
Dining

There is a huge food court a couple blocks away, made dining very easy. There were fantastic food options within a quick two minute walk. Many cafes and places to eat surrounded the hotel.
Facilities

The room included a washing machine for laundry. This was VERY convenient. There is a small, but pretty pool that I used to refresh myself. The wifi signal was fast and stable, a HUGE help.

missing shelves dark room
the room i got initially? not great. i booked what i thought was a room with large windows and a cute kitchenette, based on the pictures, though i got stuck in a dark room with no windows and old fixtures. shelves missing in the bathroom didn't exactly scream luxury though. after complaining, they moved me two days later, but honestly, half my stay was ruined. a fruit basket as compensation? really?

excellent stay
amazing service central location spacious apartment
vince at reception provided amazing check-in service. the location is very central. the apartment i stayed in was clean, luxurious and spacious.
The absence of night skyline view from my 21st-floor room, faced concrete walls, was disappointing. I also missed having parking on site and the absence of complimentary tickets.

the room included a big bed plus a sofa and desk. it featured separate wet and dry areas along with a bathtub. complete tableware, an in-room washer and dryer, and a coffee machine were very useful.

the hotel has an excellent location near the mrt exit, a one-minute walk allowing luggage to be easily handled. marina bay is within a five-minute walk, with the merlion about a ten-minute walk away. a small pool with good views is on-site.

I had amazing service from melissa . She was helpful. the staff was generally friendly, always willing to assist and offer suggestions. the e-butler service responded quickly and seamlessly!
