Excellent City Oasis Experience

The staff were very friendly and helpful . I needed to store my bags after checkout and was able to shower before my flight. The provided reusable water bottles were a great convenience for my walks. I also made use of the coffee machine available at all hours.
The breakfast option is not in the hotel itself. You get a voucher for nearby restaurants that are a short walk away.

The room was very comfy and tidy with ample space to relax. The bed smelled nice, and there were many compartments for storing bags. Daily cleaning service was available for the room.

Staff members were polite and hospitable from arrival to departure. The reception staff checked me in early, around 9:00 AM. They readily provided assistance and information whenever needed.

The location was good. The breakfast voucher allowed for trying a local café.
The hotel asked for a deposit upon check-in. The fridge in the room was empty. No items were available for purchase. Staff stated all hotels require a deposit. This felt unnecessary and off-putting. The rooms SMELLED during the rainy season. Staff provided deodorant.

i appreciated the local breakfast options. breakfast is served at nearby cafés. this proved to be a good way to see the area. the entire hotel has a fantastic style.
the wifi was very unreliable, even after i received a separate access code. i think the signal was weak in my room. hot water disappeared after the first night and did not return. management denied there was an issue.

the inn is close to key attractions. public transportation is also nearby. exploring the city is easy from this location because you are close to everything. it is convenient for sightseeing.
