clean bathroomsecure roomkind staff
the bathroom and toilet were kept very clean. the room felt secure, with a door code and a lock. the bed was comfortable (i slept well each night). staff members were always kind and polite.
the soundproofing could be better because of noise from nearby establishments.

Fantastic Female-Only Capsule Stay!

This capsule was clean and modern. I really enjoyed the location near Clarke Quay (only 500m to the MTR station!). I walked easily to the river, Chinatown, and Raffles Square. It was very convenient. The in-house laundry and dryer cost less than street options. I found the $5 per load quite efficient. I found the individual space spacious and very clean.
There was a slight inconvenience, I had to go to the fourth floor for coffee and tea but had breakfast downstairs.

The staff were helpful and packed some traditional Malay kueh desserts for me when I was on my way to the airport. They were very friendly and always ready to assist with directions. I really appreciated their kindness.

the electronic locks on the lockers were really convenient. showers had nicely smelling shampoo and shower gels available, i appreciated that. the staff member at reception was helpful and also very friendly. i wish all hotels had staff as good as that.
I noticed some dust on the ventilators in both the room and the toilet. It looked they had not been cleaned recently.

A Safe Haven of Cleanliness and Convenience

I love the electronic codes for the door and locker. Free filtered water is available at the kitchenette on the second floor. I enjoyed the white linens and towels provided in the room. The super nice team too.
The soundproofing needs improvement, as noise from nearby pubs late into the night disturbed my sleep. My dorm-mates packed in the middle of the night despite dimmed lights in common areas. These issues are minor but should be addressed.
