great stay!
rooftop pool modern room professional staff convenient location
i loved the rooftop pool it is really good. the room was modern and very well kept. i appreciated the view of the street with houses from my room. the staff at breakfast were super nice and professional. the hotel provides direct access to metro and bus lines. it made the location very convenient.
i thought the room was okay. unfortunately housekeeping did not service our room one day. they left a note saying they were unsure if we wanted service that day.

a balanced experience
excellent location dining options metro access small room power sockets long queues
the hotel's location was excellent, right above a large shopping mall. i found many dining options available. direct access to the metro made getting around easy. i could also leave my luggage after checking out.
I thought the room size was small for the price paid. i had problems with the power sockets in the room. I needed to call for maintenance. the front desk seemed understaffed, and queues were common.

a decent hotel stay
convenient location breakfast variety rooftop pool modular bathroom slow cooling uncomfortable pillow
the hotel's location is really convenient , providing easy access to the mrt. breakfast had many choices available. the rooftop pool was a highlight , and it was open until 10pm , which i found useful after a day of sightseeing.
the toilet and shower were in a plastic modular unit , not a separate room. the air conditioning took a while to cool down the room initially. i found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable.

twin room mrt station early flight
i stayed in a superior twin room. the location was good above the somerset mrt station. the hotel gave takeaway breakfasts because we had an early flight!
The staff was slow. I waited ages at the reception.

The rooftop pool was fantastic. It provided amazing city views, even from the changing rooms. I appreciated the shopping center below the hotel. It allowed quick access to many dining choices.
Elevator wait times were noticeable, particularly during peak hours.
