Mediocre stay. Some issues
loud video calls night noise
The hotel has a central location, acceptable.
The staff at reception were often on loud video calls! this was really distracting in the evenings. also, noise from nearby bars at night was a problem. It definitely disturbed my sleep.

poor soundproofing automatic faucet
The location in Chinatown was convenient for exploring the area.
The automatic water faucet in the bathroom didn't work one morning, I had to brush my teeth in the shower. I noticed that the soundproofing was poor, I could hear noises from other rooms.

The staff offered 24-hour snacks with coffee and sodas. I found beer and wine available during the happy hour each day. The self-laundry facilities were especially helpful for me during my travels.

the location was great, near the mrt station. happy hour was daily and included snacks. they offered free coffee all day.
the desk lamp's plug did not fit the wall switch.
