charmed by my stay!

I found the staff accommodating and kind. They upgraded my room at check-in, a good surprise. the breakfast service was attentive and discreet. when i was about to head out during a downpour, a member of staff quietly offered me an umbrella. special mention to chelsea, whose service really stood out!

i did notice some dark mold on the ceiling in my room, it was quite off-putting and definitely needs addressing. it made me question the cleanliness of the room.
