small room slight discomfort
ac dehydration single hairdryer
my room was smaller than I thought humidity became an issue. I am unsure if the AC dehumidified properly it felt damp. Towels stayed wet overnight even fresh clothes felt moist just from being in the room. the one hairdryer for the entire place sat out near a room I felt bad for the occupant with people using it late.

convenient chinatown stay
great location working air conditioning helpful staff
the location is great as maxwell mrt station is only a short walk away. the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well (a big plus in the local climate!). the staff were helpful when i had questions and needed assistance.
the check-in process relies on an app, which can be inconvenient if you have phone issues or prefer not to use apps for room access.

the staff was helpful and responsive to requests. early check-in was accommodated, appreciated after a long journey. they provided useful information about local attractions and transportation options.
