Really good Stay
separate sinks rainfall shower modern treadmills
The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This was very useful. The pool area offered twenty loungers and a shaded section. I thought it was great.
The in-room coffee sachets were expired though the hotel made up for it.

Staff promptly accommodated requests. They provided quick solutions. They remembered my name each time I approached the service desk, though sometimes it was too much. The hotel offered perfect, quick service.

The hotel provides direct access to a shopping mall. A wide selection of teas and coffees were available in the lounge. There were multiple high-speed elevators, and they were very efficient. The hotel lobby included comfortable seating areas.

amazing event responsive team great staff stingy compliments underwhelming occasion lack of acknowledgement
The d&d event at the grand ballroom was amazing. the banquet staff really shined. Hazim, colby, ajay, jovan, and fitri were great. colby handled a difficult situation very well. Someone got sick at a nearby table and he cleaned it up quickly. the team responded fast when we needed anything!
The hotel was a bit stingy with birthday compliments. i only got little chocolates, no champagne even though i was there for five days. i expected more considering it was a special occasion! the lack of any real acknowledgement was a bit underwhelming..

Really good Stay Experience
convenient location excellent service friendly receptionist
I found the location convenient and the staff provided excellent service. Mr Kamin, the receptionist, was friendly and efficient. The Colony restaurant was amazing. I still remember the lunch buffet. Xihai, the room attendant, kept the room in excellent condition.
I noticed some wear and tear.

Excellent services and view
great location good size great size high floors
The location was great and near many shopping centers. The pool was a great size, I noted it was well screened from the city. The gym has good facilities. I saw it was largely well maintained. The views are good from higher floors, I recommend.
The check in lobby had too many diffusers at work, and it became overbearing. This might affect people with breathing issues.

The staff members at the door help immediately with taxis and luggage. They offer assistance to call a taxi upon departure. Staff delivered a welcome card and a cake because I mentioned it was a honeymoon with baby.

Breakfast is very lavish and delicious. The employees are very friendly to babies, and they always asked about juice. Staff provides drawing books for babies to enjoy. The hotel provides a chef's cake and drinks package.

The rooms has a large bed for good sleep, and there are many pillows. Even babies gets own pillows. They offer a baby stroller, sterilizer and baby bath products in the room. This hotel is a baby friendly hotel.

Good stay in Marina area
service excellence attentive service wide buffet comfortable room
I found Manager Md Firdausi quite professional and his service are commendable. Ajay provided attentive service also. They were attentive to my needs and were pretty good too ensure every aspect of my dining was perfect. The combination of excellent service, a wide buffet spread, and a comfortable room.
The check-in process takes too long. I have to wait a bit to allocate a room.
