great locationmetro stationno assistancehigh blood pressure
the location was fantastic! it was close to metro tribunal and bilbao stations. plenty of f&b and supermarkets were within 50 metres, this made getting supplies very easy.
The staff did not provide assistance with the air conditioner. Even though i explained i was traveling with my mother who is 75 years old and has high blood pressure, there was no help. i was told i don't understand air conditioning in europe and nothing could be done, so that was pretty frustrating.

the room was large and clean it was a new apartment. the bed was comfortable a vibrant area had many nice bars and restaurants nearby.
the staff did not assist with the air conditioner i explained my mother is 75 with high blood pressure. i was told i do not understand air conditioning in europe and nothing could be done everybody was off work already.
