Zillah welcomed me with such warmth. Her quick check-in helped after my travel. the hotel has style and character. my room felt spacious, rare in a city stay, everything was very cool.
the music, though beautiful, played until quite late was nice. it did disrupt the peace at times!!!

Zillah made my check-in seamless. She explained everything carefully. i adored the vinyl records and turntable in my roxy king. the decor felt special. It has so much character!!!
The minibar water was not refilled daily. I had to request it.

i appreciate the overall vibe of the hotel. the live jazz at night added a sophisticated touch to my stay. the recreation area on the main floor was comfortable. the bar offered a relaxing atmosphere, and the limited breakfast option suited my early schedule.
the a/c unit in my room was LOUD, and it vibrated, which disrupted my sleep. i had to turn it off and dealt with the heat instead.

the staff greeted me WITH a glass of prosecco upon my arrival, such a nice touch. Zillah at the front desk was super helpful, as she provided all the information i needed and ensured my room was satisfactory. i found the provided water bottles very helpful.

the hotel's location was great for exploring several neighborhoods. i easily walked to soho, chinatown, and little italy from the hotel. a longer walk, about thirty minutes, brought me to the lower east side. MANY options for dining and shopping are close by.

loud musicbrown design
the noise was a real issue i faced. loud music from the restaurant played late into the night, disrupting my sleep. i also found the design aesthetic a bit too brown and gimmicky for my taste it felt far from luxurious.
