i found the staff to be genuinely friendly. the 24-hour bodega was quite convenient. my room was always clean.. i really appreciated that. plus, the rooftop bar area provided a lovely space to unwind after a long day.

I found the staff helpful when i asked for dining recommendations. the rooftop bar offered a relaxing spot, even though it was a bit crowded. i appreciated the cleanliness and modern design. The room was small but efficient.
I experienced a significant delay waiting for an elevator, especially during peak hours. this sometimes made getting to and from my room inconvenient. only two of the three lifts were working. This added to the wait times.
