The hotel offered a premium king upgrade upon arrival. The room included a large couch and a desk. A rainfall shower was available in the full bathroom. The location provides access to subway lines and local restaurants.
The fifth-floor room faced a central atrium. Noise from the ground floor restaurant was audible until late at night. Housekeeping or turndown service were absent for the first two nights. Sticky tape covered the walls in the corridor, resembling a cheap motel.
