The staff were generally helpful, kind ,and accommodating. I appreciate the effort of the employees.
My room was newly renovated, but i really DISLIKED the design. The bathroom had a clear glass door, which allowed light to shine through all night. The bathroom lacked a sink. Instead, the sink was in the bedroom, close to the bed.

i loved how clean the room was! the staff ,especially clarissa ,wing and ruger, were polite and attentive. the location is super walkable to common and downtown. i could use the lynx fitness club gym , and it was pretty sweet!
the blackout curtains were decorative and bolted to the ceiling.

The valet service was very accommodating. Jennifer, Kya, Richard, and Moises were resourceful at check-in. They presented a professional attitude, and luggage assistance to my room was very helpful
The bathroom had barely any counter space for a toothbrush. The toilet looked like something in a highway rest area. I was woken up around 5 AM by trucks outside my window. One morning, a crane was right in front of my window
